Katara

This piece was inspired by a character in the animated series "Avatar: The Last Airbender". The slashes and whorls of paint across the canvas were done with the mind to mimic the ways that the Waterbenders in the Avatar universe can utilise their power over water. Emulating these twisting and turning flows of water was the aim for this piece.
