Meridiana #1

The title is based in the Lore of the magical world of the trilogy that Deb Harkness crafted in her series of books. Meridiana was long believed to be the strongest witch in all of the land. Her unending wave of pure unbridled power and the way the CGI makes these beams of colour float across the screen in mesmerising surges were the inspiration behind this piece.
 
The way these three paintings are constructed, i wanted the flow of the paint to be almost oceanic, elemental even. For it to always look like a continuous streams and flow from one destination to another, drifting along with time. As always - all paintings are unique, one of a kind and originals.
